Based on some Googling, P. Magnus (ex herb. P. Magnus) was a mycologist who published in German (mentioned in a 1904 note in a mycology journal). Genus Lycopodium? Have been unable to find a species name that seems to fit. Have been unable to identify the collector, ?? Winter?. Town name Strelitz possibly last word of second line? --kerendith Varross? Farrorp I'm temporarily transcribing extra notes as I'm trying to figure out where the location is. Lycoponium Nune(bunch of letters) - okay some type of club moss. Nothing showing up for Nune.
