It says Moravia, and also Vrbno. Possibly this place? https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Vrbno_pod_Prad%C4%9Bdem Karlovice seems to refer to one of multiple locations within the Czech Republic. Possibly Karlovice in Moravskoslezsk?? kraj (NE Czech Republic) or Velk?? Karlovice in SE Czech Republic, both of which are relatively close to Brno. The label states that the specimen was collected 'in a valley/glen in the Saugrund-Floss forest'. Presumably this was a forest once referred to as 'Saugrund Wald', of which several seem to exist throughout Germany, but one near Karlovice remains to be located.
