What I figured out so far. If I've found the right person (don't know) Dr. E. Rosenstock, Gotha was travelling and writing in scientific papers around 1908. He seems to have done research in several South American countries. If the name of the plant is Lycopodium, I can find references to him and this plant but not the taxifoliam that is listed next to it. The last sentence is (I think) where the name of the location is. The sentence seems to read "im dir? im hand. Quitensity?" But similar to another card written in 19th century German, the words could be phoenetic. I'd think that with a bit more digging one could narrow down likely locations
