Guess - have come across other cards that were from this same person, Dr. E. Rosenstock. He was doing scientific level research around 1900, was published and known. He seemed to have done quite a bit of research in several South American countries. Maybe the last sentence is "L silvis pro. fur la hamhae, Rotambo"?
