21 special groups of schools, clubs, etc. visited the Museum. 

Inquiries by letter, telephone or in person, regarding Indian subjects were answered through the year to a total of 970. 

The Museum remains open to the public from 2:00 P.M. to 5:00 P.M. on week days.

The Museum Building has been maintained in the usual manner during the past year. 

[[underlined]] MUSEUM ANNEX [[/underlined]]

The grounds have been maintained in the usual manner.

The totem pole presented by the New York Zoological Society was reconditioned and erected on the grounds, as well as the frame work and posts of the Tlingit house, also donated by the above organization.
