seconded, the balance in said fund was directed to be transferred to the General Fund.

After a discussion regarding the overexpended cash balance in the Collections account, a motion was duly made and seconded by which the Treasurer was authorized and directed to close out the Collections account into the General Fund, and, after motion duly made and seconded, he was also authorized and directed to reduce the loan to the Huntington Publication Fund by $10,000.

The Chairman read to the meeting a letter from Mr. Seward's daughter, Katherine Seward Gardner, in acknowledgment of the resolution adopted by this Board at its meeting on December 7, 1943.
