[[underlined]] 1,680 [[/underlined]] Total 16,198 Annex Attendance [[underlined]] 1,355 [[/underlined]] Grand Total 17,553 For previous Fiscal Year the attendance was 16,576 Total since opening of the Museum 855,613 143 special groups of schools, clubs, etc., visited the Museum Inquiries by letter, telephone or in person regarding Indian subjects were answered through the year to a total of 1,366 Since June 1, 1947, the Museum has been closed on Mondays, therefore, it remains open to the public from 2 P. M. to 5 P. M., Tuesday through Saturday. [[underlined]] MUSEUM BUILDING [[/underlined]] The Museum Building has been maintained in the usual manner during the past year. [[underlined]] MUSEUM ANNEX [[/underlined]] The grounds have been maintained in the usual manner. Admittance, as always, was granted to all applicants, and the attendance during the twelve months was 1355.
