^[[Dear Joy,]]
Last night I had the good fortune to be one of the very few people invited to see one of the first performances of "SMALL SMALL WORLD". I thank you heartily for this rare opportunity and I wish to congratulate everybody connected with the revue on a wonderful job.

It is difficult to say what was outstanding as most of the show was teamwork, and if I may say so, I think this is the reason for its success.

Unfortunately I was unable to see you after the performance, I saw Chip and could congratulate Phoebe personally. I wanted to tell you that I greatly admired your work, just as much as did the cast on the stage for whom you were the "rock" they could depend on.

I hope to see you again soon, please give my regards to Phoebe and Chip and a "Well done" to all responsible for this wonderful "SMALL SMALL WORLD".

Most sincerely,
