It says Herb. Ind. - Voy. de V. Jacquemont. Victor Jacquemont went to India in 1828 and lived there for the rest of his life. He collected in India, Ladakh ... It says Hyphaseos, and Tashigung, which is probably Tashigang in Ladakh, which makes sense as a locality given the collector Equisetum Fragile. Jacq. jomm.
