Swi?ciany, or ?ven?ionys, is a city in Vilnius County, Lithuania, in the east of the country. Geonames.org also lists a town called 'Dauk?iai' - perhaps an alternative spelling of Dauksze - in Vilnius County. Vilnius county is in the long-contested Vilnius region of Lithuania, which Poland seized in 1920 - which may explain the confusion surrounding the locality of this specimen collected by a Polish botanist in what may now be Lithuania. -@mnathan Dauksze gave Lithuania Swieciany gave Poland 2.
