A cloudy morning & favorable appearance for Rain. nothing transpiring worthy of note 1st Sergt Lewis in charge of District as 1st Sergt taken a walk as far as the Sutters shortly after noon it commensed Raining. & continued to Rain nearly the entire afternoon
