Dr. Singleton has been engaged from April 26th in preparing material for permanent labels for specimens already on exhibition, or in preparation. Mr. Sweeney is the preparateur of this Department. In addition to the work which he has done in mounting objects for the Exhibition, he has spent some time in devising plans for the necessary installation of objects for which no place has hitherto been furnished, such as bows & arrows.

He has also done considerable work in poisoning.

Mr Clayton attends to the Accession of new material, making the customary entries in the Register, and preparing [[insertion]] ^ a [[/insertion]] card catalogue in which all information that can be obtained in reference to them, is embodied. This is to aid in preparing labels for future exhibition.
