Mr. Sweeny spent the time in a series of experiments as to the best method for mounting Ethnological specimens so as to enable the Curator at any time to introduce new specimens into the series. He has also been at work preparing objects for exhibition. 

Mr. Clayton has entered the collections of the two months.

Mr. Bangert completed the drawings illustrating my two papers to be published in the Museum Annual Report. Having been taken sick he left for his home in New York, June 30.

Following is a list of the specimens entered during the months of May and June, 1885.
