Lt. Bolles has succeeded in gathering all the Eskimo carvings and classifying them. As soon as the boxes arrive they will be installed in the Museum. 

Mr. Sweeney has arranged and cared for the Mexican costumes acquired at the New Orleans Exposition and also mounted a large number of arrows for study. Mr. Hough has had charge of the record and is also preparing a card catalogue of the entire Ethnological Collection.

Mr. Hendley has done some work for the Department of Ethnology, in making casts of objects which
