Makes a request for a building at the Freedmens Camp, and asks permission to have it moved to the woods a 1/4 of a mile distant to be used as a hospital for the Small Pox patients.  The Small Pox patients are now in wall tents - which are in a miserable condition, hopes there will be no unnecessary delay in preparing to arrest this fearful disease which is increasing every day.
