Forwards letter of Rev. Thos Henderson "et. al." who requests an appropriation of Two Hundred Dollars paid them in completing their school-house in Salisbury N.C. known as Zion School. Approved by Wm. A Cutler, Agent. Recommends that the Bureau authorize an additioner expenditure of $200 on consideration that the Trustees of the building referred to shall give before receiving the money to the Asst. Com. such a written obligation as shall be satisfactory to him (the Asst. Com) binding them (said Trustees) to pay to the Bureau the sum of $400 with a legal claim upon the building as security.
