Dr. D. B. McCartee continued his visits to the department not only presenting valuable specimens but giving us information indispensible in the preparation of our labels. The Curator found early in the summer that many suits of clothing and personal adornment had become separated, to get them together properly is a work requiring great patience; but Mr. Sweeney has succeeded in restoring the personal adornment to their proper connections and is now engaged in performing a similar work for clothing.
