From Mr. Chas. de Straus the Museum received 30 portraits of the people of Russia

From Capt. R. H. Pratt, U. S. A. the Museum received a large collection from various Indian tribes represented by the children at Carlisle school

Mr Jno. Murdoch gave a small collection of Eskimo clothing personally made by him at Pt. Barrow, Alaska.
