Other accessions are from Mr. W. W. Cheshire (24835) Photograph of the sternum of a wild goose pierced with an Eskimo arrow, the bird having been killed on the shores of Lake Michigan. It is probable that Mr. Cheshire will deposit the original in the museum. General Meigs (acc. 24837) has given his revolving rifle which was carried by him on the frontier.
