Jacques Seligmann & Co. Inc.
705 Fifth Avenue
New York City.

Gentlemen:

Replying to your favor of February 16. The matter in connection with the nondelivery of wireless messages addressed to "GLAENSTARK" NEWYORK was taken up with the Western Union Telegraph Company, 195 Broadway, New York and the Postal Telegraph Company, 253 Broadway, New York. My understanding was that the Western Union Telegraph Company's representative had called on you in this connection for further information, and was told that until Mr. Jacques Seligmann returned from Paris, no further information was obtainable.

As the registered address "GLAENSTARK" NEWYORK is properly recorded with all the Companies and in good standing at the Central Bureau for Registered Addresses, any irregularity or failure to deliver must be attributed to the telegraph or wireless service and it will be advisable for you to communicate with the telegraph companies direct (addresses above) as well as the Radio Corporation of America, 64 Broad Street, New York City.

Respectfully,
