^[[checkmark]] November 28th 1922 Dear Lady Granard,- I wrote you some time ago, and having had no answer, I am afraid that you never got my letter. I have kept the most lovely remembrance of the very cordial reception you gave my father, Mr. Jacques Seligmann, and myself in your beautiful home in London, and also the very charming visit you paid us in Paris, at the Ancien Palais Sagan, with Her Royal Highness Princess Mary and Viscount Lascelles. You are not a buyer, I know, but quite a connaisseur and very fond of works of art. Therefore, having read that you are in New York, I would very much like to show you one of the most gorgeous marble statues that exist and that we have just brought over to this country. I would give me pleasure to be able ti show it to you if you could come to our galleries at above address (corner 55th street). Looking forward to having your visit, pray believe me, Yours sincerely, Lady Granard c/o Mr. Odgen Mills 2 East 69th st. New York, NY
