Henry Walters, Esq.
71 Broadway
New York

My dear Mr. Walters,-

I am awfully sorry to see that you want to cancel the purchases which you have made from our firm on November 26th, amounting to 388.500 Francs.

Our employee tells me that you have explained to him that you cannot afford to buy for such a big amount just now because there are so many things in which you have invested your money which bring no dividend.

I hope to be more lucky next year and accept your proposal to cancel the transaction.

Believe me, my dear Mr. Walters,

Yours very sincerely,
