The Curators attend the annual meetings of the Trustees, examine the condition of the school, its finances, etc., and pass a vote approving or otherwise of the use of the ten thousand dollars annually paid by the State as interest on that portion of the Agricultural College Fund, assigned by law to the Hampton School.

The statue reserves the right to withdraw the Fund at any time.
