A teacher resigned and went to A and M. ^[[college]] Huntsville, Alabama to get her Degree, and this Superintendent here employed me. The Cashier of Anniston is his brother. in -law. I have been doing business with that Bank almost thirty years. They help me the last Term last Summer, without a Job. I have got back with the State as a teacher, also Retirement System when my month is up. I have second Grade in charge. My plan was to come to Tuskegee Institute some Sunday to see the Girls in their uniform, but I am too far away now to meet connection to begin school on monday morning.

Princ A. H. Starr informed me to-day that you had sent in your Resignation to the Board but they hadn't excepted it. I want state what I wish at presence. I will close, thinking you again, for the kindness you have given in the past.
