[[underline]]R.E.C. Stearns, Berkeley, Alameda County, California-[[/underline]] Collection of pestles, mortars, and baking-stones, from Yuba, Nevada, Placer, and Alameda Counties, California.

[[underline]]James Harrington, City of Mexico.-[[/underline]]3 stone sculptures. /(monkey-shaped), from Tamiahua, and the others (human figures), from Tampico, Mexico. Very fine specimens, and a valuable addition to the collection of Mexican antiquities.

[[underline]]J.H.Rivett-Carnac, Allahabad, India[[/underline]]-Collection of nuclei and flakes of flint and chalcedony, and chipped and polished celts, from the Banda District, N.W.Provinces of India. Two of the celts were sent through Dr. E. Meyer, Wilkesbarre, Pennsylvania.

[[underline]]Albert J. Phelps, Damariscotta, Lincoln County, Maine.[[/underline]]- Collection of flint flakes, rude implements, arrow-heads, bone implements, fragments of pottery. etc., from shell-heaps in Lincoln County.
