Dr. T.H. Bean, U.S. National Museum.---[[/underline]] Eight pieces of flint-lock guns, from an extensive Indian grave-yard near Bainbridge, Lancaster County, Pennsylvania. The objects were found during the removal of the top-soil of a limestone quarry.

J.T. Abert, U.S. Engineer Corps, No. 1907 Pennsylvania Avenue, N.W. Washington, D.C., through C.D. Walcott, U.S. Geological Survey. [[/underline]] ---A leaf-shaped implement, 7 arrow-heads, and a perforator, all found in Southern Indiana.

The work of preparing for exhibition the specimens received from the Bureau of Ethnology is progressing favorably, and I expect to report its completion next month. Case 64 is devoted to the reception of objects of European or Caucaso-American manufacture, which have been taken from Indian burial places.
