UNKNOWN Phyllis Gags 20 JAN 1969 Didn't Mark Twain have a twin brother? No, he didn't. But Mark Twain liked to tell gullible admirers that he once had a twin brother. "Few people realize," he'd say, "that I was one of a set of twins. But our nurse accidentally drowned one of us. Everybody thought I was the one that lived, but I wasn't. It was my brother who lived, and I was the one that drowned."
