Down in Norfolk, Virginia, a patrol car received an emergency report that a small boy was lying unconscious on a local sidewalk.
The officers dashed to the scene and to the side of the small boy. He promptly opened his eyes and explained that he had been sleeping.
"But why on the sidewalk?' queried an officer.
"Because," replied the boy, "that's where I was when I got tired."
