This addition to the former possessions of the National Museum made it the possessor of the finest collection of American prehistoric copper implements in the world. I propose to make a more elaborate description than can be here given, accompanying it with a catalogue which shall include the copper objects from the United States, the which, if properly illustrated, I believe will be a valuable contribution to our prehistoric literature.
