1 Spruce - 
Common tree at Ling Sioh, at Longtom pass, & at Futsing.
2 Pinus [[strikethrough]] Small [[/strikethrough]]
A small species common at Longtom Pass & valley & at Futsing.  At Ling Sioh they grow into large trees with smooth red bark
3 Fir -
Groves seen near Deng Doing & at Ling Sioh with large green cones standing erect.
4 Candle tree
Common along creeks at Ling Sioh & Longtom.
5 Ficus (Banyan)
A fine large shade tree.  Seen near all villages & along the roadside.
6 Ficus - a large fruited sort seen at Ling Sioh
7 Bamboo - 
Planted in groves at Ling Sioh
