We reached the bungalow at Pa-chiao tsai as the Chinese call the place, the Burmese name is Mon[[strikethrough]]k[[/strikethrough]]gon[[strikethrough]]g[[/strikethrough]]k^[[l]]a however. The bungalow is the best we have yet found & the first in Burmese territory. It was neat, well furnished with chairs tables, lamps, beds & table service. The house was one story with wide windows letting the breeze thru the dining room which was also furnished with a punka.
