Dear F-G,

Many thanks for your letter of Novem er 6th., I am afraid that you are suffering from the same disease I have, which is that, at times believing that you have written a letter when its inception went no further than the mind. In other words I never received the letter you referred to about Constantine.

Now three points:

1. BLACK SAVONNERIE PANELS FROM MY CHAIR: I would be indeed much obliged to you, as long as the work has been so poorly done by Madame Albin (which in fact doesn't surprise me as years ago I was very displeased with her), to give them to some one else.

2. FRAME: I would like you to order a frame for the "Duc de Chartres".

3. HISPANO MAURISH PLATE: Please have my large "Hispano Marsh" plate, with the Hebrew inscription restored. I surmise that the best person for this is Andre, or is there some one else? The plate was broken originally, and probably the present breaks are, I hope, the same ones.

PRINCESS GOURIELLI - MADAME WALTER: By the way, I have not yet seen the Princess, but on the other hand have had Madame Jean Walter for luncheon yesterday, but we did not talk about business.

With much love to Francoise and you,

Mr. Francois Gerard Seligmann
