Transcription Notes:
"Tomostithus" (first page) is a misspelling of "Tomostethus". Also, "Ametastigia" (first page) is a misspelling of "Ametastegia". -@mnathan Reviewed. Confirmed a few [[?]] & made minor edits to markup for consistency. Again fab. transcription that is easy as anything to review! -@siobhanleachman
