Our British specimens of the [[underlined]] clitellatus [[/underlined]] group will rarely run down with any certainty in Enslin's tables & the whole lot want special collection & breeding & then total revision.
I have seen many [[2 male symbols]] just like these. Enslin says [[underlined]] umbripennis [[/underlined]] [[male symbol]] has the costa 'brownish', & ^ [[insertion]] that [[/insertion]] of [[underlined]] diaphanus [[/underlined]] clear yellow [[strikethrough]] [[?]] [[?]] [[/strikethrough]] with clear-hyaline wings, but this does not agree with my naming of Br. specimens.

Transcription Notes:
Not sure about proper annotation for curly brackets with notes that span multiple lines. -@mnathan I've edited the curly bracket notations to how I've done it in previous Stelfox volumes but feel free to edit if you think you can improve! All most all insertions are the handwriting of Stelfox making notes on Perkins letter. -@siobhanleachman
