[[/insertion]] A change of wind from W to NW cleared off the rain so drove on to Waterville, where collected Aculeates (chiefly) on roadside bank 1/2 mile S. of bridge & just N. of bridge. Very many [[2 male symbols]] of Halicti here, as well as [[2 female symbols]], both fresh & working. Then drove 3/4 way up S. shore of Lough Currane, where collected till a change of wind back to W. brought back mist, at about 4.0 PM, which gradually turned to rain & another dripping wet night, though barometer rising steadily.
