Slade of Saggart, Co. DU. Thunder to west, but no rain dull, with some short sun bursts, rather windy (E). Most insects taken in wood on W. side of slade, along old road, but a few swept in marshes by mill-race below.

[[underlined]] Nomada flavoguttata [[/underlined]] [[male symbol]]. [[underlined]] Sphecodes monilicornis [[/underlined]] [[female symbol]].
[[underlined]] Gorytes mystaceus [[/underlined]] 1 [[male symbol]] seen at bank of mill-race.

[[underlined]] Tenthredella temula [[/underlined]] one seen on rose by mill-race.
Small black species in wood = Caliroa aethiops? 1 [[male symbol]].
[[underlined]] Tomostethus luteiventris [[/underlined]] [[female symbol]] on grass by old road.
