4th Oct. 1936: A most perfect day, after several fine days & a dry-non-dewy-night. Sun all day & a gentle E-SE breeze. Insects very numerous!!!
Slade of Saggart, Co. DU.
Collected entirely in two places, namely, along the old road under trees from the old bridge up to road on W. side of Slade & near the footstick at top of Slade, by the ruins of the Old Mill: in latter place collected a little on left bank of stream but mainly on right bank for 1/4 mile below the footstick. Except the first place I ignored all my usual collecting grounds & except 3 ichs caught in glade at 1, all insects taken by sweeping grassy vegetation.

Transcription Notes:
Checked species names as I transcribed. Guessing 'Platylabrus' may be misspelling of Platylambrus? And Collastis misspelling of Colastes. :) - GigglePop! Reviewed. Solved most [[?]] except Adelura [[flavivatras?]] - @siobhanleachman
