Cinxaelotus erythrogaster ? 1 [[female symbol]], very dark var.
Meloboris  1 [[female symbol]], very curved terebra!
Mesochorus nigripes ? 1 [[male symbol]], [[strikethrough]] very small. [[/strikethrough]]
Chalcids: 1 wingless, squat, sp. taken by George
Chalcids 1 small black sp. taken by George.

29th July 1937.  A blazing sunny day, with never a cloud, but quite cool north breeze.  Not a day for small insects & few out till late aft.

Spent 1 1/2 hours in dunes & edge of marsh at Curracloe in morning; worked Doo Lough & adjoining kettle holes in aft., & in evening worked small kettle hole near old church of Kilmacoe, Ballinesker & site of ruined cottage near Lough-na-peesta, where Helorus taken on 27th.

Ichneumon sarcitorius 1 [[male symbol]], 1 [[female symbol]] on wild carrot flowers.
Colpognathus celerator 1 [[male symbol]].
C. divisus 2 [[female symbol, female symbol]]
Oronotus binotatus 1 [[male symbol]]
Cryptus viduatorius ? 1 small, 1 1 larger, [[female symbol, female symbol]]
Exetastes fornicator 1 magnificent [[female symbol]] on wild carrot.
Coelinius viduus 1 very large [[male symbol]], with 51 seg. antennae.

Diptera.  Two specimens of a curious little fly taken in the marsh by sweeping (on path across reed bed!) which at first was mistaken for hymenoptera owing to the long legs & antennae : the tarsi are furnished huge long hook-like claws.
