Aspilota very many [[male symbol, male symbol]] & [[female symbol, female symbol]], but only the following kept.
A. daemon, sp. n. 1 [[female symbol]] at 1, 17-seg. ant:  this species with huge head comes nearest to A. nigrescens sp. n.!  A.W.S. 19.12.39.
A. (Synaldis) parvicornis  1 [[male symbol]], 1 [[female symbol]] at 3.
Dacnusa areolaris, laevipectus?, pubescens, maculipes, gilvipes examined, not kept.
D. postica 1 [[male symbol]], freshly emerged, at 3.
D. lateralis ? 1 [[female symbol]], at 3.
D. aphanta  1 [[male symbol]], very dark body & legs, at 2.
D. evadne  2 [[male symbol, male symbol]], one large, the other small, at 1.

Oenone hiaus }
Oenone [[?ungens]] } [[male symbol, male symbol]] & [[female symbol, female symbol]] of both spp. common on willows at 1, where the Glade Brook enters upper reservoir.

Aphidiids very common: only a few kept:-
Ephedrus plagiator ? 1 [[male symbol]] at 2.
E. lacertosus  1 [[male symbol]] at 1.
Proctos, frequent but only a few kept.

Dipteron 1 at 2 (yellow scutellum).
Microlepidopteron  1 at 1

Tanycarpa ancilla  1 [[female symbol]] found in window in motor house at foot of garden, 14 Clareville Rd., Dublin.  This could have come in through broken pane within one foot of where found or hatched out of box of fungi brought from Glenasmole the previous year.  Most probably came through window.
