5th June 1938.  A very bright morning with strong S-SE wind but no jam:  heavy showers about & one terriffic one, with hail, very cold, at 12-45 ended collecting for the morning.  In afternoon heavy hail shower at 3 P.M. made collecting difficult, but did some along river & in lane across McNaughton's plantation.

5/6/38. A.M.  Bushfoot, Co. AN.  11.0 AM till noon.

1 = edge of electric tramway from Bushfoot to bridge over Bush R. & sandhills beyond (N.) of same:  but very few taken at last place except Pompilus & 1 [[female symbol]] Blacus

2 = Marsh at head of [[strikethrough]] river [[/strikethrough]] stream through sandhills as on 3rd & 4th but higher up.
