O. cf. apiculator  1 [[female symbol]] at 2, with almost interstitial recurrent, & 24 seg. ant.;  also 1 [[female symbol]] at 1 with 25-seg. ant.
O. quercetus sp. no. - Types!  AWS. 8.4.1941.  1 [[male symbol]], 1 [[female symbol]], both with 27-seg. ant., [[female symbol]] short terebra.
Alysia incongrua?  1 [[female symbol]] at 2:  head loose, antennae broken.
A. cf. sophia, black var.  1 [[male symbol]], & 1 [[female symbol]] ? same sp.;  but [[female symbol]] agrees with specimen from Drumchory, ED., & [[male symbol]] probably this rather than small tipulae.

Aspilota spp. common:  the following kept:  5 from 1 & 5 from 2
= Orthostigma basirufa - rather large, 20-seg. ant. 1 [[female symbol]] from 2.
Aspilota fuscicornis?  [[female symbol]] from 1, & longish terebra 19 seg. ant.
A. cf. small curticauda  1 [[female symbol]] at 1 with long 21-seg. ant.
A. cf. small sylvatica  [[female symbol]] at 1, with 20-seg. ant. black petiole, &c.
A. cf. cynipidis - small  1 [[female symbol]] at 1, with 20-seg. ant.

A. sp. n. [[strikethrough]] ? between polita & curticauda [[/strikethrough]] cf. [[male symbol]] taken at Loch Morar, West Inverham, Scotland, on 10.7.1939. AWS. = A. clara sp. 7. A.W.S. 12/11/41  2 [[male symbol, male symbol]]/1 [[female symbol]] at 2, with small head, 22, 22, & 21 seg. ant. resp. = A. sciurella miki.  This [[female symbol]] Aspilota has a dimple & is sciurella!  AWS. 18/1/1942, but the 2 [[male symbol, male symbol]] have no dimple & so I leave them as distinct sp. under name clara for the present, as basal flagelln segments are more elongate, especially segment 4.
