Drove to Grand Canal, just E. of Landerstown House, Co. KD; as before collected by sweeping at 3 places:- 1 = Drain S. of canal, under trees of plantation 1/4 mile E. of lock. 2 = S. side of canal at same place. 3 = S. side of canal from plantation to loch at gate of Landenstown Ho. [9 from 1, 7 from 2 & 15 specimens from 3 mounted & these labelled 25/3/42!] Phygadeuon 1 [[female symbol]], antennae 19-segmented, at 1. Exolytus [[female symbol]], at 2, ant 24-seg. Polyblastus variatarsis [[female symbol]], carrying nearly 20 larval sacs, at 1. Polyblastus or Erromenus? sp. [[male symbol]] at 1, with 29-seg. ant. Mesolieus sp. [[male symbol]] at 1, ant 36-seg. ant. Perilissus subcinctus? [[female symbol]], no areolet (? accidental), ant. 30-seg., at 3. Porizonid or Thersilochid? 1 [[female symbol]] at 3, with red abd. & long terebra, ant. 28-seg. Porizonid??
