Tanycarpa mitis Stelfox √  1 nice ♂︎, ant. 31-segmented: larger than allotype but otherwise agrees!  A.W.S. 3.10.1944.  NB.  T. mitis is very much more like a miniature T. gracilicornis than I had thought!!  AWS. 3.10.44.

First ☿☿ of Bombus agrorum, lucorum & Vespa rufa seen in garden during week of 14th-21st June.  Two pairs of the Currant Clearwing Moth seen in cop during hot afternoon of 21st.  Halictus "smeathmanellus" ♀︎♀︎ at flowers of Brassica in garden during the week also.
