Ick. Vol.1 ♀︎ = Aethecerus placidus, ant. 22.  I think the same as named placidus by J.F. Perkins, from North Bull, Dublin.  AWS. 1953.
Cryptinids 10: 4 mtd. = Phygadeuon sp. ♀︎, ant. 19, small.
Pezomachus sp. ♀︎, ant. 22.
Pz. sp. ♂︎, ant. 23.
Phygadeuonid sp. large, red, ♀︎, ant. 20.
Polysphincta sp.  1♀︎, red abd.:  not seen when labelling!
Stenomacrus  2♀︎♀︎, squashed between cork & glass of sucker but probably St. curvicaudata, though one has punctiform areolar nerve & no areolet;  ant. both 25.
Campoplegid  1♀︎: not mtd.
Microgaster sp. ♀︎, small (near globatus!)

Apanteles fulvipes group.  ♂︎: not mtd.
A. sp.?  ♂︎, white wings.
Meteorus pulchricornis  ♂︎, ant. 32.
Euphorus pallipes  ♂︎: damaged & not kept.
Opius flavinervis m.  ♂︎, ant. 28:  first early summer specimen taken.
Aphaereta cephalotes  ♀︎♀︎ common in drift, seaweed, &c. on shore of lough, which was full owing to tide;  ♂︎♂︎ rare.  1♂︎ (ant. 19) & 2 larger ♀︎♀︎ (ant. both 21) only mtd.
Phaenocarpa hirsuta sp. n.  Type ♂︎, ant. 32.  Thought to be flavipes Hal. but vortex of head hirsute & frons punctured;  the pale mesonotum also largely hairy!  A.W.S. 3.5.1952.
Dacnusa areolaris about 20 (♂︎ & ♀︎) & A. longiradialis 1♂︎: none mtd.
D. anasella  ♂︎, large, ant. 24:  not agreeing in some details with those from the type locality (N. Bull, Co. DU.).
D. (Gyrocampa?) sp. nov.?  ♂︎, ant. 30:  like a siniffa Nixon, but pronotum & front of mesonotum densely hairy & the recurrent n. widely rejected!
Monoctonus caricis  ♀︎: not mtd.
Aphidius spp. 4.  1 only mtd. = Aph. arundinis Hal. ♀︎, ant. 14/15, with testaceous scutellum & bright yellow base to antennae, pronotum & tergite 1.
Proctos  10: none mtd.
Chalcids  13: none mtd.
Cynipid  1: not mtd.

Beetles 7 = Bembidion assimile (3 exx.);  Cereyon littoralis;  & Anaspis maculata ("v. small example"):  all fide H.W. Daltry.
