WEST OF IRELAND
SWEPT BY SNOW

Icy winds and stormy
seas in east

IRELAND yesterday was again Ireland divided——this time climatically. There were icy winds, stormy seas and low temperatures along the east coast, with Dublin slightly warmer——the [["N.B.!" written in pencil with arrow pointing here]] barometer rose from one to four degrees above freezing point. From Connaught and Munster, as a result a trough of low pressure from the Atlantic, came reports of snow everywhere.
