Dear Sirs:
  We beg herewith to advise you that we will allot to you for your proper business purposes, and more particularly for the purpose of exhibiting your pictures and other works of art, additional space in any convenient part of our premises, No. 3 East 51st Street. We herewith agree that you shall not be required to pay any rent for said additional space and that your occupancy thereof shall commence on dates specified in each case and terminate on dates specified in each case, or at our request. You shall call upon us to make no expenditures in connection with upkeep of the said space during that period, but you shall exercise your own authority and control over the same during such period.

  You will understand that we assume no risk whatsoever in connection with the matter, and that you will identify and save us harmless from any claim howsoever arising in connection therewith.

  We will permit persons invited or authorized by you to enter our premises for the purpose of inspecting the paintings or visiting the said premises for any other proper purpose connected with the exhibit or otherwise; but you shall instruct us in this respect without calling upon us to exercise any discretion in the matter.

  At the end of the periodsaforesaid, you will remove your property completely from the said additional space and leave the same in the same condition as at the commencement of the term.

  Will you kindly acknowledge receipt of this letter and your acceptance hereof so that the same may constitute the agreement between us.
