A steam saw mill located at Newport Station 10 miles west of Newbern on US M R.R. used for some time by Q.M. Dept. is about to be discontinued by that Dept.  Wishes to know if this Bureau want to take possession of & run the said mill & if so advises immediate measures to secure the property.
