May 25 IV

Visiting females are sure as hell scarce 6:00

[[image 1]] (OL) T is more like this

Getting colder now - 6:10. Shadows getting long

[] *28 ✓✓✓ [] MC. at O. Male U1-T1- head-down with CC1-T2-U2-T3-U3-Cpr1-Cpr2-U4-headvdown with CC-U5. Female U1-T1-U2-T2-OL1-T3-U3-HF1-HF2 flies off. 6:17.

This species doesn't seem to have much apparent "aux" in its "aux" U. Or, at least, these visiting females don't.

[] *29 ✓✓✓ [] M.C. at C. Male does O1-T1-U1-HF1-HF2-O2-T2-U2. Female does O1-T1-U1-HF-HF2-U2-T2-T3-T4-T5-U3-PAG1-U4 flies off.

Bill open in OL until quite far down at least (mC).

[] *30 ✓✓✓ [] M.C. at C. Male does U1-HF1-HF2-U2-O1-U3 (PAG1-U4-Cpr1-U5.) Female does OL1-T1-U1-T2-U2 (PAG1-O3-PAG2-U4.) Female flies off. Male does U-T after she goes.

Female, after M.C. with C, circles round and round, flying in "normal" flight, but uttering many many LCN's. 6:32

Soar, after attack with attack call, is probably always, or at least usually, by a bird breaking up the attack and about to leave

Charge Call in L accompanied by open bill [[image 2]] comme ça

[] *31 ✓✓✓ [] MC. at C. Male does T1-U-HF1-HF2-U-HF3-U3. Female does U. Flies off. Male does T-OL-T after she goes.

More and more birds coming in now. 6:45.
