Still uttering lots of "Keeyoo" songs as before. When the female went down to feed first this morning, the male immediately stopped "Keeyoo" singing — just as he did on May 1 in similar circumstances. He did not, however, utter alternate "Pssseeeet" - "Auh" notes as on May 1st. Instead he uttered a lot of notes which I now realize are rather distinctive. These were like "Auh" Notes, but with a more wiry, think, quality. Like typical "Auh" notes with a faint "Pssseeeet" undertone. These are obviously the notes described above on May 1, 1960, p. 59.
