Dear Dr. Moynihan:

I refer to your letter of July 9 regarding where D. carbonaria and [[underline]] lafresnayi [[/underline]] might be found in close proximity.

I am addressing this letter care of Dr. Lehmann in accordance with your request. The delay in answering is due to my ill health. I am sorry.

I am attaching a list of all our specimens. You will see that only at the following localities did we find the two species together:

[[underline]] Páramo Tama [[/underline]], Táchira. Not recommended as need a camp with mules. Not reached by auto.

[[underline]] Páramo Zumbador, [[/underline]] Táchira. Recommended as can collect from auto.

[[underline]] Paramo Aricagua, [[/underline]] Mérida. Not recommended as you need Mules . Auto does not get there.

[[underline]] Téleferico [[/underline]] Recommended, but you say you have failed to see [[underline]] lafresnayi [[/underline]] there.

I trust tat this information will be of use. Kindly write tome for anything additional.

Very sincerely,
